We have 5 children between us. David's two children are grown. Andrew is married to Jessica and have our grandson, Matthew. Jenny lives with her domestic partner. Both of David's children still live in Louisiana, where he and I grew up. My two youngest living at home are Felicity and Gregory. I also have a grown daughter, Katie. Katie is married to Matthew and they have our first grandchild, Madeline. Gregory has autism and our family is on a learning path with him every day. All of my children live here in Amarillo, TX where we live currently.
We have five dogs and they are spoiled rotten four-legged "children".
We live in this place they call the Texas Panhandle, where the 40-50mph winds blow dust around about 50% of the time. That’s not a joke. Honestly, we have come to like this area and will be calling it home for the next several years until such time my youngest children are out of school.
AND yes, I am the 8th child in my family. The "baby". Even at almost 48 years old, I STILL get called "the baby"....sigh.
